The store that you're talking about is in Disneyland. The store consists of Disney Villain merchandise. Such as Nightmare Before Christmas (even though its not really a villain type movie), Captain Hook, Pirates, Cruella Deville, Snow White Witch, and many, many more Disney Villains!!

Batman is not Disney so you wouldn't find him at any Disney park. However, if you went to Six Flags you could find Batman galore!
