you haven't got concussion,so don't worry about it,this because you were spinning round all day you will be fine tomorrow

Yeah, just make sure you rest and let it have time to heal. A concussion is basically bruising in your head, so think of it like a bruise on your leg. It will get better in a couple of days. If you're not able to function or it doesn't let up after a couple of days, go see a doctor.
