Why should you refuse? A man has a right to know whether or not he fathered a child.

You dont need to refuse. The kid could grow up and have medical problems and knowing who the dad is would help out. Fathers have the right to know if they have kids or not. And if he is deadbeat, well thats their problem, make him pay child support. Its hard enough in this world to raise kids, at least give the child a chance to know who the father is even if he doesnt know him. And if your talking multiple partners here, and your unsure who the father is then I guess we will see you on Maury.

Not if it is court ordered,  if there is a court order and you refuse you usually go to jail and the test is done anyways.

That soooo sad why would you want to refuse your kid a chance at knowing his/her dad?
