It's hard but it's possible. I've discovered that there are lots of good hearted people in this world and I make sure that I hang out with them. They are positive people and they pass their positivity on to me. You have asked a very deep question here and it's hard to make the answer brief....but just to say that, yes, you can exist. Your good heart is powerful and positive. Good always wins in the end..even though it appears that sometimes the opposite is true.

Yes, if you want to and try for it hard enough. This has been my motto for some time now. I don't think I am there yet, but I am trying and that is what makes the difference isn't it? Start by identifying your weaknesses and make a simple list to stick to and overcome for starters. Best of luck!!!
