Absolutely not. Considering horses' age is equivalent to 3 years in human years, I'm sure you wouldn't want to breed a 75 year-old human, would you?

Please don't.  You could lose the mare and foal, if she did get pregnant.  There could be many kinds of defects and or death of the foal and and extreme distress to the mare.  The mare could even die.  She is too old to handle this kind of situation.
