Can u bridge a 2 channel amp to two ohms?

I have a kicker cvr15-d4 and i might get a rockford fosgate p4002 and it pushes 400 rms watts at 4ohms x1

  1. with that amp yes you can bridge them. to run more power your going to have to run the amp 2ohms. run the subs at parallel. fosgate amps can run full power without much happening to it so dont worry about you amp blowing out or over heating as long as you dont try to blow your sub then your amp will be fine


  2. Only if it says so in the manual, but typically no. Most amps cannot tolerate loads below 4 ohm when bridged.
