check their site for some guarantees of other companies.  i.e the better business bureau.

You can also try a shopping site like bizrate, and see if that company/site is listed on there.  If so, it will have a rating system, either stars, or happy faces that show what other customers think of it.

If your still not sure, and don't trust it, you probaly shoudln't buy from there.
