no, i tried to buy some from japan or england or somethin, and it wouldn't let me

i just tried for canada, and again no. if you open another account and register it for another country it may let you.

tried another account, and it woulda worked, but :) no money.

im pretty sure you can, just try it

switch to us itunes, and try to buy it

if it doesnt work, then obviously it wont work...
