  1. try this..I hope I helped!! =]

  2. http://www.chocolatedecadence.com/

  3. Quality dark chocolate *should* be vegan, but some manufacturers insist on adding milk where it doesn't belong.  Green and Black's, Dagoba, Tropical Source, Endangered Species and Ghirardelli all have vegan varieties.  I have found vegan varieties of Endangered Species (look for the dark varieties) at Target.

  4. yes you can.... try looking at trader joe's or something

  5. Yes.

  6. You can find vegan chocolate pretty much anywhere.  You just need to read the labels, because it isn't usually marked vegan...  I know that ghirardelli and guittard semi sweet choc chips are ok (you can find these at walmart), and that alot of dark chocolate candy bars are ok.  You just need to make sure there is no milkfat listed as an ingredient.

  7. Many dark chocolates are vegan but many others add "milk fat".

You may want to find out if she is obsessed with how the sugar was processed before you buy her some.

  8. you can buy some, im not sure where though. :/ look it up online(:

  9. Yeah

  11. theres something called carob that u can get from health food shops like holland and barratt, which i think is chocolate for vegetarians maybe vegans too, ask them and they should be able to help u as to whether its suitable.

  12. yes. im not sure if you have heard of the store Roots but that grocery store has lots of neat things like that

  13. yes through the teeth!

  14. Believe me, there would be waaay less vegans if you couldn't. It's easiest to find it online, but many health food stores or even some grocery stores also carry it.

I tend to get it at http://www.veganstore.com since they're trustworthy and don't spam emails at you after you make a purchase.

  15. Yep.  Ask your mate where she gets hers.  Here in the U.S., Dagoba, Endangered Species, Equal Exchange, Chocolove, and others make vegan chocolate bars.  Rose City Chocolatiers has a vegan line.  Their chocolate-covered cherries are awesome (hey, I used to love the things!).

Go to a Whole Foods or a natural foods store; they're more likely to have vegan chocolates.  And dont' forget to read the labels; many conventional dark chocolates have milk in them.

  16. Yep, definitely. Try natural food stores, the organic section of you grocery store, or even some Asian food markets. Just make sure to check the ingredients- "organic" and "dark" do not necessarily mean vegan.

  17. If your in the UK then you can get some at Holland & Barret Health foods or some supermarkets sell Frys Chocolate Cream which is vegan and delicious!

  18. Absolutely!  I think you can buy just about everything in the vegan version nowadays.  You probably won't find it at just any grocery store though.  I've listed below a few websites that specialize in vegan chocolate.  The product is a bit pricy and you'll have to pay for shipping as well, but I'm sure your girlfriend will be super impressed that you went out of your way to order some for her.  Good luck!

  19. Of course you can!  Just look for super dark chocolate and check the label for animal products.  If there aren't any buy it and eat it.  It's that simple.
