  1. You will only be able to change your ip address if you are subcribing dynamic ip service from your internet service providers.

    If your isp gave you a specified ip address, then you can only use the given ip.


  2. You cannot change your IP address. Your computer will automatically gets its IP from your ISP because your computer is using a DHCP mode (dynamic host configuration protocol). So, every time you log on to the internet your computer gets ip address. Unless, you are on a sticky IP address which the ISP have provided you but of course you need to pay for it.  

  3. You can try by opening the "Run Command" then type "cmd". Next type ipconfig/renew and hit enter. Sometimes this does it but not always.

    yes, I know it can be done, because I am using wireless right now, and my dad had to change the ip address.

    sorry, I don't know how, but it has to do with ipconfig, and the bios menu, and other stuff

  5. your internal ip address yes need a router to do this

    you external call your provider and tell them to change it
