yes you can. idk what kind of stereo you have stock or aftermarket. if its stock then its goin to be difficult. but most aftermarket decks have rca inputs so you can add mp3 players,multi disc cd players ect. all you need to do is plug in a set of rca's from the tv then plug them in to the stereo. and that should be all.
