  1. why would you want to connect your 360 to a laptop??   its not worth it.  If you have a tv why not just hook it up to your tv.  You dont need to go out and wast your money on a P.O.S. VGA box.  and BTW, the monitor connections and all for the laptop are all OUTPUT.  so the answer is NO
