Can u control how tall u end up...?

or is it just genetics you'll be as tall as your dna states you'll be and no amount of protein can change that?

  1. Your genes determine your maximum possible height, but whether you live a healthy lifestyle determines whether you grow that tall.

    You should be careful to eat a healthy diet and to get the right amount of sleep and exercise.

  4. Your potential height is probably mostly genetics but to ensure that you peak at your potential height you need plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts).

    If you under eat or you thrive on junk food you could stunt your growth.

  5. I believe its genetics, but once in a while there are DNA mutations. You portability hear of the bad effects of mutation, but a good one is that you might grow taller.

    Or you can use one of technology's way of growing taller :/

    So the answer to your questions is a questionable yes...

  6. You can stunt your growth with a poor diet and drugs, but your body is programed via DNA to be a certain height, you can't make yourself taller.
