oh not only can you feel it, but you can def. see it.

Not really but if your wearing a pad it feels like your sitting in a puddle thats y i use tampons, so much better.

I always get a twinge/cramp before hand, so I know that I'm going to start. As much as I'm not a fan of first day cramps, the little warning I get prevents me from being "unprepared".

everyone is different. some people feel it, some don't. it usually also depends on how heavy it is. if it's pretty heavy, then yeah, you'll most likely feel it.
