Can u first write the sat test and later decide to which universities u want ur score to b sent?

im planning to write sat this october.but i havent really decided to which universities i should b applying to.can i first write the sat and depending on whether ive got a good score or not send my scores to the most suitable universities??if this is possible..will it be costing extra?or will it come into the category of the four free universities tht college board sends ur scores to?

  1. Yes, you can do that. After you get your scores (around 20 days after your exam), you can send your scores to the universities you like. All the previous scores will be sent by paying $9.50 for each university. But collegeboard.com gives you the option to change the list of the 4 colleges that you initially selected for only for about 4 to 5 days after you give your exam. So you can chose your universities before these 5 days or else you will be charged as I already stated.
