Certainly you can get a boat from Brazil to Peru. Manaus to Iquitos takes about 2 days but costs pennies and.... it's the Amazon! If you get the chance to take this trip then definately make sure to do it. Such an incredible area, but it wont be there for ever.

Yes you can. If you leave from sao paulo to lima, it takes about 5 days and it cost 240 dollars one way.
