I want to get a scholarship for college, but noticed most of them want you to put in a lot of work. I dont mind writing an essay or committing to community service. Where can I find out about scholarships that are easy to obtain? Thanks

  1. Merit-base scholarships are pretty common, especially at schools trying to attract smart, high-achieving students.  Some you may have to write an essay or application for, but others you can qualify for just on the basis of your GPA, class rank, ACT/ SAT score, etc.  I believe the majority of these are though the individual schools, so I would check out scholarship info on the websites of whatever schools you are considering.

  2. You can try to go to

    http://www.all-about-scholarship.com

    it's about scholarships information.

    Good luck

  3. I just searched "Scholarship Guide"...  Perhaps one of these will help.
