Can u get a second sea incense in pokemon ruby?!?

just wonder cause i didnt know what to do with mine so i kind of, SOLD IT!! pls hurry, i NEED to get an Azurill. (sorry 4 mis-spelling)

Sorry to say, but there's only one Sea Incense available in the whole game. :(

The locations of Sea Incense in the Third Generation games are Mt. Pyre (R/S/E) and the Lost Cave (FR/LG).

Either give your pokemon Rare candy to evolve into "Azurill" or trade it to another game and back again!!
