if the "usb modem" you are talking about is one of those from verizon/sprint/att that uses a cellular network, there is not an adapter to do what you want.

instead, you need a specialty 'cellular router' like one of these from Cradlepoint Technologies:

I really doubt it sorry, most USB modems have one ethernet port aswell as the USB port. By the sounds of it yours doesn't. =[

why would you need to do that? there may be a work around,but need more info
