Can u get an eevee in pokemon diamond. if u can please tell me where?

Talk to the girl in the house and she will ask you if you want this pokemon.

i think you need the national dex ( finish your pokedex)

yes you can get evee but you have to trade it over the wifii thing and you can get all evee evolutions i do if you do not have wireless internet go to a hotspot like startbucks library or other restaurants
