condoms are not 100% effective...if you're having s*x there is always a possibility that you can get pregnant...condoms can break and can even slip off...

The answer is yes. Spermacide condoms may kill a few sperm but wont kill all and it only takes one.

Chances are very slim though but it's never 100% effective.

Yes, there are never any 100% guarantees with birth control except abstinence.  Many kids are the result of failed birth control.

Yes.  Used carefully and correctly, condoms are VERY effective (around 98%)  -- but 98% isn't 100%, so anything is possible.
