wow.... .. yes of course she can!  you can get pregnant no matter what position you are in, you can get pregnant while on Birth Control, you can get pregnant while using a Condom and you can def. get pregnant by not using a condom but using the "pull out" method, you can get pregnant by the Pre-Ejaculation. NOTHING is a 100% safe way of s*x unless you just DON'T have s*x. if you are wanting to have s*x and be safe, I would be on Birth Control AND use a Condom with Spermicide

It is harder to get pregnant that way, but any s*x position can get a girl pregnant.  It doesn't matter whether the girl is on top or not.  It is a good idea to get on the pill and use condoms if you don't want to get pregnant.
