Ok it looks like you want to control the hand and that is an awesome concept. I would suggest Gravekeeper monarch. Necrovalley it absolute control so the game flows at your pace and it really kills a lot of decks. If I was to build it, it would kind of look like this.

Theres 40 very good cards. You will dominate the hand and Raiza is there just to kill one of your opponents draws. Which in a deck build like this, every draw is important. Now you are very trap heavy so i see people sidding in cards like royal decree or jinzo, so i would suggest a side like this.

i dotn get why you would want a firestorm monarch to be your first.. do you want like a hand destruction deck..?

i dont really have a good deck list for hand destruction

but i got some good suggestion for some card you can put in your deck to improve your "hand destruction strategies...
