The main things are to relax and concentrate on whatever you are doing.

The advice that is given personally to me is : ''Don't use your brain as storage but as a receiver.'' Cleaning your mind from all ''to do lists'' and other things like that would free it and make some place for concentration on other things like imagination... Visions come sometimes that you even don't notice them... Therefore the boundaries between a psychic and ''non-psychic'' is not clear. New interesting ideas that pop into your mind are your visions... gradually they might widen..... pure mind and relaxation is the key... I have also been told to ''think out of the box'' that is applying my imagination to everything possible in a way that would be pleasing to me. Of course imagining what you want. And it will become feeling REAL..!!! in a way...

That's why...in the Parapsychology Section....I asked if any psychics ever helped "beginning psychics" ..for free. I think that if these abilities are going to increase..in the right way..all psychics should help each other.Same in religion. No one should be left to try to learn about these things on their own.A lot of the beginners get into a lot of trouble without help and guidance. I just don't have any idea why other psychics wouldn't jump at the chance to share their knowledge & guidance with others...unless they consider it a money making or prestige building "business"...and I don't believe it should be that. "What you receive as a gift...Give as a gift." Psychics did nothing to earn these gifts...or abilities.I think they should thank God for them...if God gave them to them..and be responsible for helping & guiding others. (And I don't mean that they should become like Gurus..but more like teachers.)Even if they HAVE to charge a fee so that they're able to do this...it should be a minimal fee...and be held in a class type setting.(And it SHOULDN'T become a "church".)

You can start by trying to be open minded.  Like any skill, you have to practice.  You need to train your mind and learn to focus.  Some of the best ways is to meditate which will raise your awareness.  This will not happen over night, but in time with dedication.  We are all psychic, which is related to dreams, intuition, etc.  There are some good meditation CD's that will help and they will also help you relax.

No one has ever--EVER--shown psychic ability to exist beyond a reasonable doubt.  It's not like push ups or skiing where you can work on developing your ability.  Psychic ability is no more than the making vague claims in the present and biased interpretation of the past.

You'll notice that anyone claiming differently will have all sorts of "mental exercises" that do no more than self-delude or convolute.  In other words, it's easier to believe in psychic ability when you make things confusing.

After some training by popular means you can try also go by thought in next moment - I name this/as self taught exercise/ encountering present moment in future. This is a good exercise to eliminate influencies/ as they are from a past and aimed to  manipulate present/ - as black magik etc. or encounter them for fighting.

Another exercise is to connect bad emitters of thoughts - telepaths,mediums , etc. to their families so there to influence-this needs good knowledge on chakras and frequencies etc.
