Focus on picking up RB's in the early rounds.  Depending on your league, if you start 2 RB's and have 1 flex spot, take running backs on your first 2 picks, maybe even first 3 picks.

The reason I say this is because there are only about 12 RB's that are bulk carriers in the league.  There are so many teams that split carries between RB's and you don't want that.

Don't go and pick a WR or QB on your first 2 picks.  It will be a big mistake.

It kind of depends on your league's position formatting but for the sake of my answer, I'll assume you are playing in a league with 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE and 1 DEF.

Here's how you draft:

1. RB

2. QB

3. RB

4. WR

5. WR

6. TE

7. DEF

Now, the tricky part is round two. If there are still enough good QBs left before you get to your 2nd round pick, go ahead and pick another RB and get a QB in round three. However, if the QBs are going quickly, grab one in round two. Hope this helps.

You usually want to draft running backs first. Brady or Manning are the top two QBs and they will go around the runing backs. Draft D/Special teams later and WRs will go about in the middle.
