  1. It sounds like you may be looking for something like Aesop's fables. His stories are short and always have a moral that can be applied to life in general ... or you could customize it to apply specifically to students or teachers.

If you have to write your own story, the fable format is easy to follow to get your moral or lesson across. Create your own characters and develop a short story line in which the lesson is taught through the speech and/or actions of the characters.

The sites below will give some examples to follow.

  2. I am not clear about what you are looking for -Here's a true story -

Went to a Thanksgiving gathering and the teenagers in one of the family were a bit out there in their dress.   Girl had a nose ring, bright blue hair, baggy clothing and red lipstick.  The boy had a mohawk and more chains then you can imagine.   The other tweens in attendance were much more preppy in their appearance.  When it was time to clean up the mother asked her kids (normal looking ones) to help out and they had a disrespectful comment and split the room.  The two odd looking kids were the ones with the manners and helped out with everything.

We are so quick to judge those that don't dress the norm or fit a particular image.   We need to step back and give all kids a chance and try to look past their facades or circumstances.

    Hope this helps!
