Question:

Can u help me get my sleeping schedule back please?

the thing is its summer and i stayed up one day and couldnt wake up earlier then 12pm anyway can u tell me how to get to get my sleeping cycle back in order for school P.S i have already tried stayin up all night it doesnt work cause i always go to bed at the exact same time cuase now im used to it please help

    im pulling an all nighter and then go to sleep earlier say at 9 ish today?

    and then u set an alarm

    say for 5 or 6 or normal sleeping time

    ull b super tired! so when u repeat this ull have easier times faling asleep

    watch out tho kuz u wont sleep well but ull sleep and ull get ur schedule back

    i have football practice in 3 days so ur lucky

  4. if you know tell me, I always stay up to 5am and get up at 2-3pm its been going on for years. Theres something that I just love staying up at night and I cant find out why but I just cant fix it. The only way I can think is from whatever time your starting to sleep; sleep an hour early or 2 if you can until it get back to your right schedule. Normally, in order to fall asleep you must let your body and mind relax. Relaxations music can work.

  5. It ain't that hard. I used to have the same problem but I try to get my schedule back slowly. All you really gotta do is go to bed 1 hour earlier everyday. You might not sleep right away but go to bed anyways. It'll help you get used to it. Try shifting the time you wake up to match with your sleeping time and make it so you have at least 8 hours of sleep every night. For an example, if you normally sleep at 4am and wake up at 12pm, go to sleep at 3am and wake up at 11am. If you stick to it, you'll probably get back to normal within a week.

    I messed it up one night and now I go to bed at 4am and get up at 1pm. It's crazy. And I tried staying up all night, too. But I get really pissy and pass out in the day. Then do it all over again. It's insane.

  7. Yup, I have the same problem. I sleep around 4-5 am and get up around 2-3 pm. It's annoying as fck because usually I hate getting up late.
