Can u help me identify this bug?

ok, so i have this lemon tree and on its stems, there are a bunch of tiny dots, some green and some black. they seem to be grown onto the stem of my lemon tree, but when i spray it really hard with the hose or scratch it, it comes off. also, i took one of the black ones off and it seemed like an egg sack of some bug. Inside was a small larvae. if anyone could identify this type of bug, i would appreciate it a lot. also, please include a pic if you can. thanks

Scale.. Here are pic's of about 60. I think yours is San Jose scale.
