Can u give me a work out that burns 1200-2000 calories please I already do 150 sit ups and pushups a day and take a walk or jog or ride a bike and or play basketball and lift 8 lb weights I don't really go by minutes I usually count and also I usually jumprope 600-1200 times and take 10-25 minutes to do so. So about how many calories is tha already and how many more to burn 2000 calories per day more or less. Thanks a bunch
