i am an indian so i eat much of rice to reduce my fat what shouls be the diet can any one help me out what r the items need to take up

  2. the main source of the rice is carbohydrate and they are the builkding blocks of the body and the main items you would like to neglect this time is the fatty content of the food.so better do excercise and yoga to keep good levels of fat and also do running daily

  3. you can have as many fruits in the breakfast with one glass of juice,in the lunch have two rotis and one bowl of dal,in dinner have two or on roti with one bowlof any dal,avoid rice,go for walking 2 times for45 minand with this you will surely get the result in 3 months

  4. first of all you must reduce eating fried or junk meals.you should stay away from rice little bit.excercise regularly go for morning and evening walk.

    in morning you can take sprouts,porrige,cornflaks with some tasty fruits, juice etc

    in lunch dal,roti,salad etc

    in evening take green tea,it realy help to reduce fat and its good for heart and skin also

    in dinner take somthing lite like salad etc but done go empty stomach

    ok . hey you can also have popcorn between the meals if you feel hungry, because they dont have fat in them.
