You can wear classic shorts, or spandex, which looks kinda like this:

Spandex is flexible and allows you to have better movement, its ideal for volleyball. =].

spandex are the ones i wear.

although a lot of girls wear them wayyy too short.

(and it makes them look a little slutish)

but thats just my opinion.

but yes, spandex, or exercise shorts.
