Can u hook a game system through a Computer TV Tuner?

Can I hook a game system to my computer through a TV tuner? like is there a TV Tuner that has AV inputs?

There are, but they are not very common. For TV tuners that don't have a AV input, you can use one of these things called a RF adapter:

yes you can. but sometimes the lag will be so bad that it will not even be worth it. (the lag isn't bad if you're only watching a dvd or hooking up your camcorder to it, etc, but it will be horrible for gaming)

you might want to look into some av boxes that are specifically only for gaming..
