Can u imagine no blacks in the NBA or NFL?

Can u imagine no high flyin alley oops? No entertaining touchdown celebrations? No Ray Lewis? Michael Jordan? Walter Payton? Shaq, Kobe, T.O.? I know most people can't even imagine sports without these greats. But years ago, thats just the way it was. No blacks were allowed to play on the same field as the white players. As a matter of fact, many of the coaches back then did not think the black players were good enough or smart enough to compete. U may think thats funny now, but it was no jokin matter fifty, sixty years ago.

Joe Paterno once said that the black athlete changed the speed of the game. Larry Bird once joked that no white athlete alive could guard him. No disrespect is intended to any white athlete or fan. But can u now imagine the NBA or NFL without black players? All of us should not take for granted one game of entertainment that we enjoy in our lives today

that is a raciest remark .. that would be like  saying what if there were no backs doing drive by shooting , or selling drugs , no black gangs , putting out rap song that glorify  mistreating  women . Crime ,drug sale ,prostitution  would go down 50%  how about no blacks in prision systems.   That would make it a safer place for  the other races of people.  For every good thing  a race of people do.. there is something they do bad as well .. that it is all races.   when i look at sports  i don't see black or white ..i see great athletes doing great things.. by even stating what did shows you might be a bit raciest yourself.  Till people are stop being taged with there race when they do good or bad things ..racism will anways be around.  By tagging people by race..you feed the problem.. how about just state them by there name , who they are , and what they did .. Cause race did not do it .. the person thmselves did ...good or bad..

Well, regarding the NBA and NFL statements and questions: it wasn't just those. I'm a dancer and for many-a-time, other races were not allowed into societal cultures such as operas, stage performances and dances. Different cultures and societies have contributed so much to all different aspects on life and sports. At one point, Americans banned other cultures from performing in almost anything that wasn't the norm. They didn't like other creeds, ethnicities or races. So they were banned from such.

I agree that the NFL would be nothing without T.O. lol. Payton Manning (legendary) should be mentioned aswell. Before blacks were integrated into national past-times, it was a one way street. Many attributions were made by different races and ethnicities. Many new regulations, historical footage, plays, yada yada. Basically, since the sumo-wrestling asian men became the defensive line and quick-on-their-toes black men became running backs, the NFL has been changed. Since short-but-quck asian men and tall-bouncy black men joined the NBA, it's never been the same! It's eventful, it's enticing, and it's a melting pot of cultures. All mixed together following the same lay-out and rules. One team. One score. One win. One loose. No matter what.

I think I rambled but you get my drift.
