  1. no i dont think so because there is no waves and not as much wind. also there is normaly not much space

You could probably get up, but where you end up after that would be disastrous.  Yes it could live pick you up.  If you are lucky and all of you neighbors have pools, perhaps you could hope from yard to yard, bouncing off of your neighbors pools.  Get that on video and post the blooper on youtube so we can see the results....
