Can u legally use a hidden close circuit camera?

In your own bedroom to document certain events and activities in case legal action is taken against you at a later date?

This depends on the state you live in.  

I do believe that the majority of states would find video admissible in court.  However, you cross the line when you tape someone's voice without them knowing.  Also, as long as it is your OWN bedroom, you should be fine - do not set up a video camera in a bathroom or someone else's 'private space'.

I had a sign on my front door

that said"You are being recorded"

So I covered the informing rule

You must inform  other people

You can't record voices/talking

without informing

I don't know about filming with no voice

I suppose.  If you legally own the room, then its your private property.
