Dude,

Obviously you eat a lot of c**p.  Straighten up your diet.  Lay off of the processed foods.

Start eating a variety of fresh (not canned, frozen or otherwise) fruits and vegetables.  Eat whole grains,  like cereals and bread.  Drink lots and lots of water.  No more soda or sugar drinks.

AND FOR GODS SAKE GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!!!!!
