Can u make another 360 account for free?

My friend wants 2 make 2 accounts on her computer, can she still do that for free?

yes she can.  just she should have an other yahoo ID and uses that to start a new one.

or she can save the address of one 360 page on her computer and sign out from 360, then goes to that page she had saved and clickes on ''start ur own 360 page'' then use ur new id to have other 360 page

Yes. Start a new 360 space by creating a new Yahoo account. Log out of all Yahoo services. Go to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred). Then, once you've created a new account, go to http://360.yahoo.com and start creating your new 360 space from there. Click "Get Started" on the far right section of that page! Go through the activation process, and then click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of that page (or the main 360 page) to get into the 360 space.
