Can u make hard liquid foam at home?

hi, i was wondering if u could make liquid foam that expands or rises and then like turns hard. If there is a recipe please give to me. Kind of like the stuff u use to fill cracks with that is liquid and get bigger when drys. Thank You!!

Years ago when expandable faom was first introduced, it was two products poured together equally to make a rising expanding foam, and was used to re-insulate Old Frige. and equipment. The trouble was everyone always over poured and it swelled the walls and ran out everywhere.

The new ready shake well and spray is better.

Read the directions and dont breath it in or get it on your skin.

That stuff is over priced , And how could you make it at home?

It is made from chemicals .

I don't know the recipe, but you can buy spray on foam insulation in a can at the hardware store.
