Can u make won tons a couple hours eary and put in fridge without them getting gummy or unsealing?

  1. First I make a solution of cornstarch and water to help seal mine and I also dust the plastic wrap on the plate with a bit of cornstarch also, as the other person said cover them tightly with saran wrap or a plastic ZipLok bag, the cornstarch will cook of when you boil them.

    I am a former chef and make them and freeze them on a plate then bag them up for next time, I put 4-6 in each to use in my ramen soups.


  2. Cover them with a paper towel and then plastic wrap to keep the moisture in them. The paper towels will help absorb extra moisture from the filling in them. Make sure you use water around the outside before you pinch them together so they stay formed.
