Can u put music on your phone for free?

im going to get the Lg dare in like 2 days and i think it has a built in mp3 but i dont want to pay like 2$ for a song so it has a usb cord and stuff so if i put my own music on my phone will it charge any thing?

No it will not charge you if you are putting your own music from your computer onto your phone.  I posted here to help you out.
