Hey.                 Sorry, but i would rate 3/10

This deck (from memory) looks incredibly like the Machine Re-Volt structure deck, with just a few cards thrown in.

If i were you, i would still base my deck around ancient gears, but actually start from your own thoughts, put in cards you actually NEED then work around that with other cards, don't make on an unoridginal take on a structure deck.

Plus, get other machine cards that will make an improvement. And take out cards you don't need in the deck.

These are my thoughts, take em in and build a great deck.
