GO TO YOUR LOCAL BIKE SHOP!!!

These internet places are gonna drive your LBS out of business...then who will fix your bike?  Yeah, sure, you can probably "adjust" your derailleur so most of your gears work.  What are you going to do when you need to replace your headset?  Or, you have to replace your bottom bracket, you cross thread it a bit, and now have to chase the threads.  I doubt you have the $250 tool to re-thread your bb shell.
