Can u return cosmetic products back to shoppers drug mart/pharmaprix?

i bought a nail polish (bourghese - $12) and when i tried it on at home, it was a complete different colour than its supposed to be. i was expecting more of a plumish colour but its bright-ish red.

its a gift for someone and im not sure they would like that colour. and i have the bill.

so can i return it and exchange it for another colour?

You can try. Don't tell them you used it, though. Just say you changed your mind and want a different color instead.

they are going to say dont retrun it to us call the comany that own the polish

Twist the cap shut extremely tight, and just don't say you used it.

Yes, you are able to return it .The Shoppers drug mart policy states that you may return a product within 30 days of purchase if you have a receipt.
