Can u rinse your mouth?

after using whitning strips cause the one i got r clear and melt in mouth friom listerine but they taste like clorox and its gross so can u rise your mouth afterwards or no

You ususally have to wait 30 - 60 minutes so you don't rinse the stuff out.

Read the instructions that came with the strips. They'll tell you how soon you can rinse.

And BTW, they usually don't work well, IMHO.
