Can u save programs on a disk?

I want to save DirectX 9.0 on a CD so I can bring it up on my other computer and install it on there since I have no internet on that computer. Can I do that? And if yes, How?

  1. Yes. But you'll have to find the standalone installer, rather than the ActiveX control you see on the website.
