    1. Seek the legal advice of a bankruptcy attorney.

    2. Seek the legal advice of an asset protection attorney.

    Both lawyers should have 15+ years specialized legal experience in these areas. They should know the law inside out.

    Most of these kind of lawyers will give a free initial legal consultation.

    NEVER hint to any creditor that you may do this. They will pull 100% of your credit lines immediately and may immediately demand full payment. This is why you have to talk to legal experts first!
