  1. get it done at a body shop.

if you do it yourslef with spray paint it will look horrible.

  2. I currently use the professional spry gun method and get wonderful results, but I am assuming you mean the rattle can method, I have done this many years ago  and I used alot of cans to do a small camaro, I think it was around 20 cans or so, those paint cans do not have much shine either and the paint layer is very thin, the color was fine and since I am good at not getting runs in the paint I topcoated it with a clear laquer and used probably 8 or 10 cans of that as well. So if you are considering this method, price it out at about 30 cans and you will see it's going to cost around 120.00 to do the job, maybe it would be easier to go to a budget paint shop like maaco. P.S. the camaro did turn out great, actually got some compliments and some couldn't believe it was spray paint, even got it keyed once by someone that was jealous, ha that was fixed in a hour tops...

  3. I have seen 2 cars that were spray painted....and u could tell that they were spray painted....from a distance...don't do it, it looks really bad.

  4. Spray painting is how ALL cars are painted. I assume you're asking about a rattle-can spray job. If so, don't do it, it will look bad, really bad. Even messed up original paint will look way better.

  5. yeah, if eṿeryone looking was blind...
