  1. If they poured it on the child .... yes

If you were feeding a 3 month old pizza or sauce then no and you need to read a few parenting books about when to start children on food

  2. 3 month old children have no business eating pizza or sauce- which is highly acidic for babies. children who eat regular food before the recommended schedule by pediatricians-( I cant remember if its five to six months old), have a 50 % higher chance of developing diabetes as an adult, than children who recieve proper nutrition.

dont get me wrong, I am not suggesting that you are an irresponsible parent - but that is exactly what a high priced attorney working for a coporation- will do. do you really want to go there?

you can sue anyone ,over just about anything- but you need to consider the potentially adverse consequences- time, money, emotion that this choice will cost you.

  3. A three month old baby shouldn't be eating pizza sauce.  Did they spill sauce accidentally on your baby?  Accidents happen, and I'm sure it didn't incapacitate your child.  Don't be so "sue happy"!  Geeze!!!

  4. that would be stupid its your responsebilty to test the temp and  y would u b feeding a 3month old pizza anyway LOL

  5. Yeah, i think its down to you to test it b4 your kid eats it. You cant just sue ppl willy nilly!

  6. I'd say go for it. look at what happened with McDonald's.

  7. no because it is your fault that you didnt check to see if it was too hot. pizza is cooked in an oven, so of course it is going to be hot!! lol

  8. If they stuck it in the childs mouth.

  9. No. Be honest you want to sue just to make some easy money.

  10. Did they dunk the child in a vat of sauce?  Or did you feed your child pizza without testing the temperature first?  Why are you feeding a 3 month old pizza in the first place?  They don't even have teeth, how can they eat it?

  11. Your child, your responsibility

  12. no. as a parent u should have tested it first.

  13. that's ridiculous. you should check the temperature of the pizza before feeding it to your baby [which you shouldn't be feeding it inthe first place] and you should know that pizza sauce is going to be hot if it just came out of the oven. if you did attempt to sue pizza hut imagine how retarded you would look.

  14. Yes, you can sue anybody for just about anything these days.  In this situation, however, you would probably have to prove the damage.  If the sauce fell on the child's body, you will want to have pictures of the burns, receipts from doctor's visits or burn remedies you bought, etc.  If it burnt the child's mouth, you would probably need proof you went to the doctor about it and bills for the treatment.

  15. no, its not like the end of the world

  16. You gave PIZZA to your infant?!

What kind of parent are you? Sounds like you're more dangerous to your child than Pizza Hut is.

And to answer your question: you could try suing them, but you probably wouldn't get far.
