  1. The best thing you can do will probably be pushups.  In addition to regular pushups, mix in a set of "explode" pushups where you push yourself off the floor and your hands come off the ground.

Also, you can do arm circles.  Do them with your arms straight out in front, straight out to the side, and above your head.  Do it for a 50 count, then change direction for a 50 count.  Then change position for a 50 count, etc...

If you haven't started boxing yet, don't worry about trying to throw your punches harder.  You'll get there.  The best way to improve punching power is with better technique, and if you don't know any, you'll just learn bad habits.  Once you start boxing you'll learn how to throw the punches properly and you'll get there.  Punch power really doesn't come from your arms, but from your hips- just like a golf swing.  The best thing you can do now before you start is conditioning.  There's a reason that boxers are in such good shape- it's very difficult cardio wise.  Run, skip rope, do squat-thrusts, bike, basically anything that keeps your heart rate very high.

  2. fill up milk jugs with water (and freeze it) or sand and use em as ghetto dumbells.lol. do pull ups they're good for back muscle...and one handed pushups for peck muscle...wait why not just practice your punching with a person? maybe challenge kids on the block or a brother or something.

  3. bench press,pull ups
