most States have job services ,  they have free computer courses , and how to write a resume' courses , and they will help you to find jobs available , they also will help you to get grants & state funds , for continuing education in the field that you want to go into , just go into jobs services for your state , give them a call & set up an appointment , they will answer all of your questions ,and help you to get going in the right direction .
